HIIDE™ Series 4: Hand-held Interagency Identity Detection Equipment

Capturing biometrics in the field no longer requires hefty equipment with dozens of peripherals. The HIIDE is the world’s first hand-held tri-biometric system that allows users to enroll and match via any of the three primary biometrics: iris, finger and face. The intuitive user interface makes it easy to enter biographic data to create a comprehensive database on the enrolled subject. The HIIDE provides complete functionality while connected to a host PC or when operating in the field un-tethered.

High-capacity storage: Stores up to 22,000 full biometric portfolios (2 iris templates, 10 fingerprints, a facial image and biographic data) to create comprehensive records on enrolled subjects.
Handles expanded functionality: Customizable by adding a USB-enabled peripheral device including live-scan devices, passport or card readers or an external keyboard and mouse.

With the Offender-ID™ system, state-of-the-art iris technology bolsters the effectiveness of inmate identification, ensuring accurate booking and release by verifying an inmate’s identity at critical junctures of prisoner handling in a jail environment.

Fast and accurate field identification with iris technology.

Officers and military personnel establishing checkpoints require fast and easy means of identifying subjects. The PIER™ system packages iris technology in a rugged hand-held device to provide accurate, real-time identity information. Intuitive and easy-to-use, the PIER handles both enrollment as well as matching right on the handheld unit and easily downloads information from a central database system with a simple PC connection.

Real-time identification: Matches an unknown individual against a database of millions with extremely high accuracy – within seconds.
High-capacity storage: Has onboard data capacity storage of up to 200,000 iris templates which allows for flexible in-field identifications

PIER-T™ – Rugged, Cost-effective Iris Acquisition System

Iris image enrollment and identification while tethered.

Field identification with iris is no longer cost-prohibitive with the PIER-T system. This rugged handheld device works connected to a host PC or laptop, giving you all the power of iris matching in a lower-cost package. Similar to the PIER™ system, the PIER-T™ handles enrollment and matching functions onboard, and is intuitive and easy to use, even in harsh environments.

Ideal for field use: Compact and lightweight form factor facilitates high-quality image acquisition for ease of use.
